Welcome to Revolution HVAC and Air Conditioner Maintenance and Repair. By booking our services, placing an order, or interacting with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

  • AC installation, repair & maintenance
  • HVAC consultation & servicing
  • Sale & shipping of HVAC products and parts

Services depend on availability and location coverage.

2. Service Booking

Bookings are accepted via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. Confirmation is valid only after our team approval.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required after service completion or delivery. Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, EMI (if applicable).

4. No Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, bookings/orders cannot be cancelled. No-show or refusal will be charged fully.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable under any condition, including partial or unused services.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty applies as per manufacturer/service agreement. Complaints must be reported within 24 hours.

7. Shipping Policy

Delivery available in Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh. Charges vary by distance and order size.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe access for technicians and inform about site conditions in advance.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or third-party failures.

10. Privacy Policy

Your data is secure and never shared without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
